    The owner Zachary McClain is the most wonderful thorough painting contractor I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a lot in my life. His workspace is very clean and tidy and his workers are very polite and thoughtful, Their workspace is very clean and tidy after a section of their work is complete.     The price was very competitive with other bids that I received but I feel that the work was superior. They showed up when they said they would, left everything clean and neat after finishing right on schedule. They painted the interior and a year later I had them paint the exterior.     We contracted with Wise Choice approx 2 1/2 months in advance of the job to allow me to explain my time requirements. The schedule was agreed upon and then met by Wise Choice.Well done! There were some changes to the job once the colors were started to be applied and Zach was easy to work with. The attention to detail was excellent.     Trustworthy, knowledgeable and fair pricing. I have a 1930’s bungalow that needed a lot of TLC on the exterior. These guys did such an amazing job and at a fair price. Showed up when they said they would and completed the job earlier than projected. My general contractor was on sight and was very impressed with their prep work.
